The Chain Reaction™ Pressure Map - On-site | €1,250

The Chain Reaction™ Pressure Map is an on-site strategic diagnostic designed to uncover where operational pressure is showing up, identify its likely sources and connections, and reveal where capacity is being lost across your business.
During the site visit, I listen, observe, and ask questions, looking at how information, decisions, and work actually flow across the organisation. Where appropriate, I'll also spend time with key members of your team.
Using The Chain Reaction Framework™, we trace the connections across people, processes, communication, and decision-making to identify significant pressure patterns, hidden dependencies, and where you or key people may be compensating for gaps in the operating structure.
Within seven working days, you'll receive written findings and three priority actions, followed by a 30-minute strategic review. You'll leave with greater clarity on what's creating pressure, where it's having knock-on effects, and what needs attention first.

The Chain Reaction™ Pressure Map helps make visible the operational patterns and connections that are difficult to see when you're inside the day-to-day running of the business.
Where operational pressure is building and the likely sources and connections behind it.
How pressure in one part of the business is creating knock-on effects somewhere else.
Where capacity is being lost across people, processes, communication, and decision-making.
Where the owner or key people are compensating for gaps in the operating structure.
Where knowledge, decisions, or problem-solving have become overly dependent on particular individuals.
Why recurring issues may continue to resurface despite previous attempts to solve them.
Which areas need attention first to reduce pressure and create greater capacity.
Whether the findings indicate a need for deeper support through The Chain Reaction™ Partnership.

Written Pressure Map Findings: Setting out the significant operational pressure patterns, dependencies, and areas of lost capacity identified through the diagnostic.
Three Priority Actions: Showing where attention should be focused first to achieve the greatest shift in capacity.
Operational Connection Clarity: A clearer understanding of the connections between the issues you're experiencing and where they may be creating knock-on effects elsewhere in the business.
Dependency Insights: Clarity on where you or key people may be compensating for gaps in the operating structure.
30-Minute Strategic Review: A dedicated session to talk through the findings, priorities, and any questions they raise.
Clear Next Step: Whether that's taking the priority actions forward internally or, where deeper support is appropriate and we're a good fit, exploring The Chain Reaction™ Partnership.
The Pressure Map gives us a stronger starting point for any deeper work.
Where pressure appears in a business is not always where it begins. Moving straight into implementation risks focusing on the most visible symptoms before understanding the patterns, dependencies, and connections underneath them.
The Pressure Map identifies the significant pressure points, where capacity may be being lost, and what needs attention first. Those findings give us an evidence-based starting point for deciding what deeper support, if any, is actually required.
It also gives us the opportunity to work together before committing to a six-month engagement and establish whether The Chain Reaction™ Partnership is the right next step for both of us.
If it is, the Pressure Map provides the starting priorities for the Partnership. If it isn't, you still leave with your findings, three priority actions, and a clearer direction for what to do next.

You're the owner of a growing SME or manufacturing business where growth is creating more operational pressure instead of more capacity.
Too many decisions, problems, or questions still find their way back to you or a small number of key people.
The same operational issues keep resurfacing despite investing in people, systems, or process improvements.
You have capable people, but accountability, ownership, communication, or decision-making are not working consistently across the business.
You can see people compensating for gaps in processes, systems, or the operating structure just to keep things moving.
You want to understand what's really creating the pressure before investing in another solution.
You're prepared for an independent view of how the business actually operates and ready to act on what the Pressure Map reveals.

The Pressure Map is an on-site strategic diagnostic. I spend time in the business listening, observing, and asking questions, looking at how information, decisions, and work actually flow. Where appropriate, I'll speak with relevant key people and use The Chain Reaction Framework™ to trace significant pressure patterns and connections.
The diagnostic itself takes place during one on-site visit. Within seven working days, you'll receive your written findings and three priority actions, followed by a 30-minute strategic review.
I'll gather the information I need before the visit so I have the appropriate context. You don't need to create a polished presentation of the business. The purpose is to understand how things actually operate, not how they're supposed to look on paper.
Yes. The Pressure Map is a standalone strategic diagnostic with its own findings and priority actions. Some businesses will be able to take those priorities forward internally without further support.
No. The Pressure Map is a separate piece of professional diagnostic work with its own deliverables and value. Where deeper support is appropriate, The Chain Reaction™ Partnership is a separate six-month engagement.

The Chain Reaction™ works with owner-led manufacturing businesses to identify where pressure, complexity and operational gaps are making the business harder to run. Through practical, whole-business consultancy, we help business owners understand what is really happening across finance, operations, systems, people and processes, and put the right structure in place to support sustainable growth.
